An integrated relational database developed for the project is capable of storing all financial data on population and AIDS activities from donors, developing countries and countries in transition ever surveyed. This database has proven to be very user-friendly for easy data entry, follow-up, checks, reporting and analysis. The major advantages of the RF database include the possibility to track flows from donors through several channels to final projects/programmes and to construct time series over several years for all respondents. Furthermore, the innovative design of the database allows it to adapt to the evolving needs of the project.
